The company is seen very badly on the market, at some point you will feel ashamed telling to clients and candidates you are calling them from Experis because they have such a bad reputation!

It's simply pathetic how the management of Experis makes employees write good reviews here filled with gigantic lies. Here's the reality of Experis Switzerland:
-Fluctuation is enormous, the whole office resigns every year. People are leaving one by one, very few people make it to their first annyiversary of Experis. Even unemployment is better than working here.
-Managers are disgusting, money-hungry liars. They have no issues with constantly lying to their team about the work they have to do here. They only care about profit.
-The reputation of Experis is so terrible that they are seriously struggling to get new clients and employees as everyone knows in Switzerland not to deal with these people. Employees are regularly embarrassed to explain that they are working for this company.
-It's practically a call center factory with 80s working culture. People are expected to be on their phones 100% of the time, zero flexibility, zero work-life balance, zero modern approach of anything.
You are surrounded by long term employees who really are some of the best in the market and whose goal it is to develop you into the same. The company has produced so many success stories, great friendships and partnerships and provided it's employees with everything they need to be a winner. A high caliber environment with high caliber people with a true passion for what they do.
Sometimes the corporate nature of the business are annoying however this is perfectly normal in larger companies.
Easy to be critical however generally a well run organisation. Only point is maybe to be more agile and be slightly quicker to embrace change.

I get the impression Experis really does play its part here and tries where possible to do the right thing even if it means business is impacted. This message comes from the top right down to branch level.

Difficult to get right all the time however Experis does a good job of being open with all aspects of communication
Successes and contribution are recognized and rewarded fairly. You will be asked to be one of the best in your market, but the result is your career development and compensation will also be one of the best.

- Experis is a global company with deep local roots going back over 20 years. We are a recognized brand within recruitment/staffing.
- Experis is a true meritocracy! When I was looking for work, all the other agencies turned me down, but Experis believed in me and gave me a chance. If you work hard and bring results, there are no barriers to your future development.
The negative reviews on this platform are all coming from the same jaded basement-dwelling person who is trying to destroy the company's image. Quite sad and pathetic!
Every company has positives and negatives. I actually like my colleagues and coming to work is not a chore, it's a pleasure.
Regular reviews of salary should be instituted across the board.
The current pension plan needs to be looked at ASAP. I'm not the youngest and I aim to retire one day like the rest of the boomer generation: we need to have another look at what we have in place because I know we can do better.
We are a great team of people from all over the planet. We work hard and there is a great feeling of camaraderie in the office. If you can't handle a bit of banter, this may not be the place for you.

As in any commission-based role, you get out what you put in. Like every company in Switzerland, we track our hours. Some work longer hours than others, depends entirely on the person. If you want to go for a run at lunch or a swim in the summer, nothing's stopping you, actually our management actively encourage us to get active!

Commission is great at Experis.
We get money every year to purchase sporting goods or for gym membership.
We recycle actively and are always trying to reduce our carbon footprint, not just to virtue signal to outsiders. It's part of our company's DNA: responsible business practice!
We work together, laugh together and sometimes hang out after work together. I've made more friends at Experis in the past +5 years than in any other place I've worked.
The staffing and recruitment industry is composed of people from all ages and walks of life. We hire based on skills and ambition. Even though I'm not the youngest anymore, I feel treated fairly.
The people running the business have +20 years in the industry and you can learn a lot about how to run a business. If you're ambitious and want to move up the food chain at Experis, nothing's stopping you.
Experis provides you with the platform, you are responsible for your own success. We get state of the art IT equipment and we have the best candidate pool on the market.
Things I like:
- apéros galore when we choose to wind down the week
- shower that you can use if you do sports
- nobody cares when you come and go: we have a time tool and just need to make sure our hours are balanced at the end of the month. Not complicated!
- I get to work in a mostly English-speaking atmosphere! This is a huge thing for me because I can do business more efficiently in my native language.
- Home office is not a foreign concept and is actively encouraged at the moment (hope this lasts!)
The only thing I think we can improve on is the coffee machine. I drink tea instead! I know we've replaced the machine more times than Hillary Clinton missed becoming President/Bernie Sanders being cheated by the DNC, but it just doesn't taste that good.
There is a very flat hierarchy and honest dialogue between all employees is encouraged. If you have a great idea, there's nothing stopping you from pitching it to our director.
We have a fair balance between both genders at Experis. We care about results; your gender or orientation is completely irrelevant.
I've learnt a tremendous amount about the recruitment industry since I started off as a recruiter more than 5 years ago. Working with global clients, collaborating across continents, consulting at an eye to eye level: what you learn at Experis is amazing.
