Offices in cities like Zürich are great.
See above.
Build an honest management and you will already see the change. However I believe the poison is too spreaded already across the company.
A cemetery is louder than this office. Employees are visibly not motivated without any directions and just a pile of KPIs over KPIs that might vary on a daily basis.
Had the opportunity to hire a person. Asked my group of contacts in the area. Heard Experis. Reaction: Like Nosferatu saw the sunlight.
Was better though. Cutting costs is hitting heavy in this topic.
No chance. Promises without fundament. Getting promoted is like playing lotto: Might happen to you. Might not.
No clear expectation of what you need to achieve in order to get to the next level or what are your career opportunities.
If out of the office, great. If in the office, RIP.
No respect whatsoever to the people who built the brand. All the “old guard” has left and obviously right now there is a bunch of juniors without management or clear expectations.
Your direct line is trying to tell you how to do your market when this person has never done this market. Come on guys! There must be better managers in the market who can speak the local language, holds a clients’ portfolio and understand the meaning of managing.
Expect the classic broken laptop. IT looks like is somewhere in the French Alps because it is impossible to reach them.
HR, Management… They might use your feedback against you.
Do that. Get that. Nothing happening in the end. In that order.
Good mix of gender at the office. Management predominantly masculine, though.
ist i.O
mieses Micromanagement vom Feinsten
katastrophal bis nicht existent
durchaus interessant
Nichts
Wo soll ich anfangen
Schliessen
Katastrophal
Dass die überhaupt noch Kunden haben
Ein einziger Witz
Management by helicopter
Leider habe ich nicht so viel Zeit..
Unternehmen dicht machen!
Umso schneller desto besser
That nobody ever regretted leaving them
Everything
Start treating people as humans and listen to them
Toxic and micromanaging. If you last more than 6months in the job you are basically celebrated…
The company is seen very badly on the market, at some point you will feel ashamed telling to clients and candidates you are calling them from Experis because they have such a bad reputation!
Complete exploration, my manager was bothering me on weekends even with work!
They want to keep you down and pay you minimum no matter how good you are in the job and when you leave they are surprised.
Bare minimum
None they don’t care unless it makes money
Although they hire whoever looks like human
Everyone is just afraid of standing up and speaking to each other. If you take a 10min cigibreak your manager starts texting you on whatsapp where are you???? Why are you not at your desk?!!
‘This is not a social club, it is a business club’
Micromanaging and disrespectful. Very top-down!
Old infrastructure, no IT support
Only when they want to say something
You are surrounded by long term employees who really are some of the best in the market and whose goal it is to develop you into the same. The company has produced so many success stories, great friendships and partnerships and provided it's employees with everything they need to be a winner. A high caliber environment with high caliber people with a true passion for what they do.
Sometimes the corporate nature of the business are annoying however this is perfectly normal in larger companies.
Easy to be critical however generally a well run organisation. Only point is maybe to be more agile and be slightly quicker to embrace change.
Great team spirit and collaboration towards a common goal with strong culture of sharing and helping another to successes
Fast growing reputation as driving the market positively in all relevant areas, having the most comprehensive service for customers and candidates and providing the internal staff with a market leading platform for success.
You get out what you put in so the work-life balance is as you wish with Experis providing the flexibility where necessary
I get the impression Experis really does play its part here and tries where possible to do the right thing even if it means business is impacted. This message comes from the top right down to branch level.
One of the best team cultures I've seen in any company. Real sense of teamwork and friendship.
Lives and breaths a diverse friendly and encouraging culture
Management do a good job of supporting, teaching, mentoring and creating a fun but very productive environment. You will be pushed and challenged more at Experis then most in the industry but the result is you will also be rewarded more in all aspects whether financial or other
Centrally located offices that are modern with the employees having modern tools and technology at their disposal
Difficult to get right all the time however Experis does a good job of being open with all aspects of communication
Successes and contribution are recognized and rewarded fairly. You will be asked to be one of the best in your market, but the result is your career development and compensation will also be one of the best.
If you are prepared to work hard, be professional and above all mature, you will find a career with Experis that is fair, satisfying with top performers are very well rewarded even after only a short time with the organisation
One of the world leaders in the market, has some of the industry stars as employees hence you are really at the cutting edge of the conversations driving the future
- Experis is a global company with deep local roots going back over 20 years. We are a recognized brand within recruitment/staffing.
- Experis is a true meritocracy! When I was looking for work, all the other agencies turned me down, but Experis believed in me and gave me a chance. If you work hard and bring results, there are no barriers to your future development.
The negative reviews on this platform are all coming from the same jaded basement-dwelling person who is trying to destroy the company's image. Quite sad and pathetic!
Every company has positives and negatives. I actually like my colleagues and coming to work is not a chore, it's a pleasure.
Regular reviews of salary should be instituted across the board.
The current pension plan needs to be looked at ASAP. I'm not the youngest and I aim to retire one day like the rest of the boomer generation: we need to have another look at what we have in place because I know we can do better.
We are a great team of people from all over the planet. We work hard and there is a great feeling of camaraderie in the office. If you can't handle a bit of banter, this may not be the place for you.
We are a global brand with an unbelievable strong image thanks to being part of ManpowerGroup.
As in any commission-based role, you get out what you put in. Like every company in Switzerland, we track our hours. Some work longer hours than others, depends entirely on the person. If you want to go for a run at lunch or a swim in the summer, nothing's stopping you, actually our management actively encourage us to get active!
Absolutely free on the job training provided by recruitment experts
Commission is great at Experis.
We get money every year to purchase sporting goods or for gym membership.
We recycle actively and are always trying to reduce our carbon footprint, not just to virtue signal to outsiders. It's part of our company's DNA: responsible business practice!
We work together, laugh together and sometimes hang out after work together. I've made more friends at Experis in the past +5 years than in any other place I've worked.
The staffing and recruitment industry is composed of people from all ages and walks of life. We hire based on skills and ambition. Even though I'm not the youngest anymore, I feel treated fairly.
The people running the business have +20 years in the industry and you can learn a lot about how to run a business. If you're ambitious and want to move up the food chain at Experis, nothing's stopping you.
Experis provides you with the platform, you are responsible for your own success. We get state of the art IT equipment and we have the best candidate pool on the market.
Things I like:
- apéros galore when we choose to wind down the week
- shower that you can use if you do sports
- nobody cares when you come and go: we have a time tool and just need to make sure our hours are balanced at the end of the month. Not complicated!
- I get to work in a mostly English-speaking atmosphere! This is a huge thing for me because I can do business more efficiently in my native language.
- Home office is not a foreign concept and is actively encouraged at the moment (hope this lasts!)
The only thing I think we can improve on is the coffee machine. I drink tea instead! I know we've replaced the machine more times than Hillary Clinton missed becoming President/Bernie Sanders being cheated by the DNC, but it just doesn't taste that good.
There is a very flat hierarchy and honest dialogue between all employees is encouraged. If you have a great idea, there's nothing stopping you from pitching it to our director.
We have a fair balance between both genders at Experis. We care about results; your gender or orientation is completely irrelevant.
I've learnt a tremendous amount about the recruitment industry since I started off as a recruiter more than 5 years ago. Working with global clients, collaborating across continents, consulting at an eye to eye level: what you learn at Experis is amazing.
Nothing
All the above
Modernize your business model
Treat people like human beings
There is not a single employee, who is not looking for other opportunities somewhere else. The faster they can change the better.
The atmosphere is miserable and depressive.
bad reputation in this field and as a company
You get all the compliments if you stay longer even tough you can't compensate any overtime. If you leave on time people start looking at you like you did something wrong.
You would rather just spare the email asking them if you could start something. they don't even accept it if you pay it by yourself.
Very low. Someone from manpower said it's the 9th reason why people change or stay at their work, but come on guys you know it's not true and seriously taking this as an excuse to pay employees such a small salary is not really fair.
No recycling nor anything.
Cool ladies and gentlemen, but the bigger and stronger comunity is with ex-experis employees. There is no employee who ever came to visit Experis just for fun.
There are no older colleagues. I think they just know better than to get hired by Experis.
There are managers but the reason they exist there didn't clue in yet. They do nothing just look after their own pockets. No tips or tricks. no advices. nothing.
They only come to you when you don't reach your KPI.
Very bad. no AC, the room is full of noisy old ventilators, which don't get the job done. kitchen is mess. Please clean the coffee machine once in while, since I started it never got cleaned.
Clean the fridge. All this moldy food is disgusting and probably not healthy either. The carpet looks the same. Dusty, old office chairs, which is the source of my back pain. so thanks for that.
It's extremly dirty outside too, a lot of people eat there and leave their garbage some thought it's a nice idea to leave his own fecals outside the entrence. Probably an unhappy customer or employee.
Non-existent
This is actually a point I agree with Experis. Ladies and gentlemen have the same chances. Whoever obey them more.
Same boring things. I always thought recruitment is a very interesting field but at Experis, you don't feel any of it.
Unteres Limit. Gehalt und Sozialleistungen
Die Branche ist sehr spannend. Die Aufgaben sehr interessant.
Experis schafft auch das zu vermiesen.
They are helpful, responsive and easy going. I like this atmosphere.
Information sharing.
More training and certification availability.
Team building organizing.
So verdient kununu Geld.
