One of the worst places in Switzerland if you want to gather some experience as agency recruiter

Some people are happy to get a chance to get some work experience that they have trouble finding elsewhere.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
This is a very sad place: even after I few years, I still regret the day I signed up with them. Sometime during the first few weeks, someone told me: "Pay attention, I advise you to not trust anyone at this company." I didn't believe it at that time, but unfortunately I must say it comes very close to the sad reality.
Even if most people within the Swiss IT recruitment scene know that Experis is to be avoided, they will always find some fresh cannon fodder to staff their recruitment teams. Stay far away is the only advice I can give you.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Many people have made an honest attempt to discuss possible improvements with the management, it makes no sense... Every decent proposals falls on deaf ears, time and time again.
Although of course, they'll say it's a great idea and they will look into it later on (I guess they only ever look at their pay check end of the month)

I wanted to rate somewhere between 0,15 and 0,25 stars out of 5, unfortunately 1,00 star seems to be the minimum.
