Not recommended for mental health nor career growth
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Wouldn’t go back, grateful for not being there
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I found the employer increasingly opaque and inconsistent in its treatment of employees, with important decisions poorly communicated and policies applied in ways that often felt arbitrary. There was also a noticeable disconnect between expectations of employee commitment and flexibility and the level of fairness, transparency and consideration shown in return, particularly during organisational changes and redundancies.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The whole culture would have to change. The bad influence largely comes from the UK head office
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Quite disturbing — employees disappearing overnight, particularly from the HR team, while senior managers are flown in from abroad under the guise of a “strategy announcement,” only to start firing people on the spot.
