There're no filter when you have to reach for someone and the hierarchy seems relatively flat
Lack of a clear career path
I don't feel part of Fincons Group, mainly because lacking contacts with other employees. There're actions to improve the situation (see Rowing situation) but the Covid-19 caused some troubles (only in remote and not a physical). Maybe some more team events (like full training days on some interesting topics, i.e.: 2 day technical training on an awesome location were we can also socialize with other would be really great)
