Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Great to have the possibility to work from home 2-4 days a week.
Great colleagues.
Office's position is quite practical.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Old management. Old structure. Servant leadership is promoted, but in reality there are no servant leaders. Top-down-decisions, specialists' opinions are ignored.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Be more flexible, be more modern, be less top-down, less micromanaging. Don't just focus on revenue and money. Keep the home/remote-working option. Acknowledge your employees' successes. Listen to your employees. A job should also be fun.

Kommunikation

Management communicates really badly, the communication among different departments does not practically exist.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

In my team, the relationships with the colleagues are great. We support each other, and can also have a good time outside of work.

Work-Life-Balance

In general, it is quite okay - if you have some overtime, you can get time off pretty easily. In my time here, only once or twice I really needed to stay late to finish something urgent.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Some are better than others. The higher you go, the more distance you get and less communication. Sometimes you don't feel like they care about you.

Interessante Aufgaben

According to the field of activities, the creativity is quite limited by the old structure and thinking. The tasks are quite different, but there is too much bureaucracy.
