Recruiting Process in comparison to other companies not bad, but was expecting more from GE, especially the interview!

The first call and the sheduling Team, doing very well and giving a really good Image to potential candidates. The face 2 face interview is also not bad but a bit boring. The Questions are polite and focused and the interviewer are respectfull. As a candidate there were not much time for asking Questions. But answers were honest. I would love to feel more technique, ernergy and innovation-Spirit, which GE stands for. Over all was good.

- Questions concerning just relevant informations, like special experience or technical know how and some interest in social and communication skills, but seems well prepared and felt always comfortable.
- concernig the cv, all questions were predictable and polite. Always focused on the job describtion and the potential of the cancidate.
