Some of the colleaguesare really nice, but especially the administration reminded like a 1960s anachronism. Very top down.

No energy to implement 2020s communication structures. Not even an internal Chat system, no work phone.
Work-Life-Balance
You get 200 on top per month which means they expect you to work around the clocl because "this is how it works"

Very Bad. Shouting, discriminating sometimes; no understanding of mental health issues.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Career planning is your task to pitch. No offers, rather roadblockers. No commission was offered, they wanna do the directory job themselves or offer it to a buddy. Pretty much no chance for development.
