If you are out of work and desperate for some work, then apply but make sure you keep looking for other jobs as this is only slightly better than being unemployed and can have serious effects on your mental health working here long term.

Management style
Lack of ideas /changes /improvements in place
No new clients / just losing business
General mistrust between colleagues
Clients getting frustrated with slow moving management and costly mistakes on their behalf
Low holidays- only 20 days pa and that is because it is the minimum by law
Low pay and no pay rises

New management from the top, and clean out all the inefficient people who have been there years but add nothing.

The staff are nice but the management create a negative working environment which makes you feel like dirt under a shoe.

All communication comes through 1 or 2 people from CEO. Never told directly but through trusted minions.

Some try to, others purposely scheme against each other- created by management
Work-Life-Balance
The working hours are mixed. They expect you to work bank holidays and just expect you to get 1 day back no additional pay/holiday for this.

They want everything from you, and give nothing back. And are not willing to put in the same effort that they ask of you.

Great working premise and location. They even give u fruit.

There is no environmental awareness as they throw everything in the bin and recycle nothing. They also leave lights on all day even when no one is using them.

Terrible. Low pay versus market and minimum days holiday per year-20.

Well 90% of staff I talked to and still talk to are looking for new jobs outside the company and I regret ever having there name on my CV. The only upside is after working at GSCF I can handle anything (as nothing can be worse)

They do not want you to continue education in fear you will leave when realise this is not the place to progress.
