There is no strategy and the only thing that counts for the bosses is having the maximum number of workers under them, even if they are not prepared for these functions. The admission process goes by friendships.
The purchasing department was not the department that it was. Too many changes in personnel and the lost of people with a lot added value. This implies that other departments are having it very hard to work with that department.

In the last few months there have been many changes in management and there have been a couple of layoffs/resignations that have made the company go from bad to worse. There is no coaching process for new employees. Departments as Purchasing and Project Management are recruiting people who cost a fortune. The projects only generate losses and soon the company will be part of the past.
