Take it on the chin. Stop blaming everyone else. Stop hiring your friends with no capabilities.

Stop lying to employees blatantly. Despite the concerns of hiring GE/Al employees HZI continues the practice citing reasons as no real talent is available in job market except GE/Al employees.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
GE/Al employees being hired on senior levels. As if there are no other talent around.
Kommunikation
Poor communication. New processes based on GE/Al reporting introduced without a proper handover.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
GE/Al employees and managers have no social/inter personal skills. They look to pass on the blame to everyone except themselves.
Work-Life-Balance
Despite the stress somehow manage a work life balance. This is due to my personal skills.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Superior only chasing the management and executive level. Least concerned about the employees. Very autocratic and always citing GE/Al methods.
Gleichberechtigung
GE/Al employees get away with either working less or doing nothing for months as no active projects being there. They also have the proximity to CEO/VP and get the best deals by doing lesser than required by working from home, taking time off.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Not much respect is given to older colleagues with experience. Its my way or the highway.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The whole project is in the hands of GE/Al now. There are 11 Project directors for 3 running projects. The PDs are mostly senior PD being paid handsomely.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Not much growth as this is a flat organisation. But people recruited directly by CEO/VP have excellent growth.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
No pay rise once you are in the mix. Negotiate well at the time of joining. Later on there is very less possibility.
