Very interesting work and good atmosphere. After some years of stagnation the company has been positively reshaped with visible results and follows an impressive growth path.
Employees are given space to drive things, there are very limited „Don‘t‘s“

Cooperation and motivation in my team is excellent.
Work-Life-Balance
There is a lot of demanding work to do, which is very rewarding. In balance there is flexibility in working scheme (incl. flextime and home office) as well as care taken that employees take their yearly vacation credit.

Positive trend, however not fully there yet. There is a slight gender gap in mgmt functions, however fair to say as well there are less woman than men. Keep on going.

Generally seen very positive (salary, vacation, working scheme flexibility, bonus scheme for all employees !!!, etc.). Drawback however on increased density of office space (driven by growth of the company while still remaining in the same building).

Education for quite a while mainly focused on internal training and Inova Academy, which both is good. Recently re-start as well of external trainings (ceased due to financial troubles in past years)
