You don't have to believe me or all the 5-star feedbacks below. Just ask the diligent HR colleague to post the last results of the employee survey. Do not worry, it is worse than you could imagine.
Fear is the major motivating factor. Well, after 4-5 unsuccessful restructurings within few years, I can't blame the employees.

Very much depends who you talk to... Some great and knowledgeable colleagues. But considering the overall setup and environment, can't trust many.

Very much depends on you and how you position yourself. Rules are different in different departments. The official ones no one cares about. In general ok.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
One of the least capable and unqualified top management I have ever seen in a listed company. Basically it is the root cause of where the company is and where it is heading.
Interessante Aufgaben
A lot of potential for interesting and sustainable topics, but as mentioned before the leadership is weak and only cost and fear driven.

Compensation is the only thing that is at and/or above the average on the market.

Considering the environmental impact and several ethical issues on the part of the top management it is a disaster. Unfortunately, they don't seem to even try to make anything better. Apart of commenting on every bad feedback here and adding some nice ones...
