I am talking working in a department that finally was closed by IBM. So my judgement could be now misleading.

I appreciated the flavour of GNU/Linux distro you could use.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No interest for the toxic environment and health of their employees from IBM. Only interested in making money. I was in burn out and went to hospital. I seriously risked to die in that environment. Never more IBM.

Continuous education is key factor in IT. More respect for the employees when they report multiple times toxic environment and care about the health of the people.

Very bad. No benefits from IBM.

Very bad. Sometimes we had to work 24+ hours in a raw for rollouts.

Very difficult. Most of my team was in burn out
