A lot of work (which is generally a good thing) and a company which tries it's very best to balance work-life for it's employees.

I'm not directly affected, but I can see how all employees are treated equally, independent of gender or age.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office and Hardware has room for improvement. It's not bad at all - but compared to the outstanding conditions that this company offers in other regards, it's notably "average".
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Don't expect to make career because this company has a very flat hierarchy (which I think is positive). There's adequate budget for continuing training / professional development.
