The work atmosphere is designed for passionate and self-driven personalities. Working conditions are quite flexible, and there is no micro-managing going on, making it exciting to work on new projects quite independently with the support of team leads. Team events are regularly organized and the team lunch once a month make it easy to quickly create valuable connections within the team.

Ideas are taken into consideration by managers and team leads: age, experience or status have little influence over how respectfully and seriously new ideas are taken into account. Regular meetings are organized and every one is encouraged to participate, express their opinions and ask questions.

But a minority spends a lot of time complaining about their Senior status and assumed lack of recognition and openly disrespects the management and the rest of the team out of frustration. However, the management does not tolerate mobbing and intervenes quite fast in these cases, saving the team from falling into toxical behaviors.

Work-life balance is taken very seriously at jacando. One day per week can be taken as home-office. The management also personally ensures no one would burnout by putting too many extra hours and messages in case an employee is still online past regular working hours.
