Field Engineer

What's the role

We are looking for a skilled talent to join our engineering team as a Field Engineer. Your main goal is to develop long-term, holistic relationships with our key accounts and you are responsible for sales of the technical solutions and services to large projects. As a Hilti Engineer, you can combine your technical and commercial skills in a dynamic work environment. Preferred base location is Oulu. The role covers Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu, and Lapland.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant technical or commercial education for the position (B.Sc or M.Sc)
• Fluent written and spoken in Finnish and English
• Experience in selling technical products and solutions with proven track record
• Ability to manage and understand large entities and multicultural clients and develop long-term customer relationships with them
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills across all levels and functions both internally and externally
• Relevant work experience from project management or construction is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to learn new things in fast paced environment
• Pro-activity and can-do attitude
• Willingness to travel
