Communication is great, clear expectations, people know what they are talking about, bi-monthly meetings show the progress of the company with concerns and expectations. Strategy is shared company-wide and after with all segments.

Great atmosphere, people are very supportive and take time to be there for you.

The best company till now related to this topic, even when travelling expectation is that you do it on working days, management is always on the lookout for people's well-being, with check-ins and suggestion's for rest.

My manager is very accessible and sets clear expectations, always available to discuss topics or concerns, and with a challenging mindset.

The area I'm working on is very interesting, how can we get the best candidates with the less monetary efforts from the customer.
