There is a red line from junior to partner. Either you follow or you start to think midway and understand your life or the toxic team gets you.
Gehalt/Benefits
Financial Service IT Audit manager get a very good compensation. It might be the best in the BIG4 range. Therefore, junior/non manger get less than competition or even the inhouse corporate IT audit devision.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Greenwashing as all BIG4 do. Something they do but sometimes its just for marketing and somethings its real.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Look for yourself. Your voice doesn't matter at all and nobody will help when it comes down to yourself.

Especially in Financial Services, Technology Risk (IT Audit) the manager you will find micro manager that will sometimes request to drop some overtime. Further, you will not have a structured way of working because the managers don't know how to structure. Coming to people management it's easy explained: when it comes down to yourself you need evidence. This team is very toxic.
