Listen to your older crew (while you still have them). Look at results and the work not the empty sales phrases and pitches of your politicians. Work for a better future with potential and not just short term profits. You changed course of the vessel, lets hope the course you set was right...

you need to push for your career-changes hard but always have a back-up in place. Cause just because you wish to move to Australia, doesn't mean this will happen but your "wish to leave" has been recognized and replacement for you is on the way... upps, you didn't get the job with KN Australia? Sorry, but we thought you are not happy so we found and signed up your replacement...
