I learned a lot of skills and knowledge while working for KSAG. No major Problems.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
When I was moving country's and my German skills were bad KS still gave me a chance to work for them where most other companies didn't reach back to me. At the end I fell in-love with the company and my fellow workers but decided to move closer to my family as it was becoming tough for me to be without family in Glarus.

I can't provide an answer as I don't find anything seriously bad.

I can't really give a good answer as I wasn't here for too long. And not experienced enough to compare it to different companies.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere in the Toolroom is great and exciting. Really fun to work in just now and then fellow workers are a little "down" due to stress.
Kommunikation
My German was a solid 1/10 when I started working for KSAG and I was able to communicate to my fellow workers with ease and learned the german on a slow pace.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
My fellow workers were great to work with but unfortunately there are some of them who isn't working at full capacity as the others.
Work-Life-Balance
I had a nice Work-Life Balance and was able to schedule my holidays according to my likings. Only needed to take in account when others were taking their vacation so to keep a minimum in the Toolroom. Which is obviously understandable
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My Leader is a Great Manager when it comes to Tooling. He was able to assist me when it was needed and I really enjoyed some of our conversations regarding Tooling.
Interessante Aufgaben
As working as a Poly-Mech. There were a lot of interesting work coming to the cnc-machine. I really enjoyed solving the problems presented and fulfilling them as needed.
Gleichberechtigung
As a Male worker in the Industry, I would love to see more female workers in the Toolroom but obviously it is not popular amongst woman, In the company itself I would say it was a great ratio.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I really enjoyed some of the older workers to a point where I think it is almost a must to have some good old workers to improve the new young workers with some skills that is not taught thru schooling.
Arbeitsbedingungen
It actually took a while for a pc to be placed for the Poly-Mech's in order to program and open CAD models, I had to in the meantime use the PC in the office which caused a build up of people using it and work could not be done as quickly as possible. But now it is resolved.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
A lot of light entering the workshop which is a good plus.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I would give the Salary a 7/10 Rating when it comes to the norm. The benefits I would give a 6/10 as there weren't really benefits. I would like to see the sections in the company going on excursions thru the summer to bring the workers closer together and to improve on the team building skills.

I really enjoyed working with KSAG and believe that not everything said by others about this company is normally true and also they might over-exaggerate their opinion.
