I would like to describe the application stage, which is also a part of the interview process. I sent my resume together with a cover letter in the body of the email to a general email address (there is no specific HR email) and received a weirdly-formulated automatic reply. After a couple of days I received a reply from HR Manager with an again weirdly-formulated reply that they have better candidates that suit their requirements. I do not feel upset about a negative reply but I am very surprised how HR answers to the candidates (also potential customers) and if she (HR) really reads documents carefully; it's very badly written email with a mean tone, which I find really unacceptable. I was buying some of the La Prairie's products but after such a treatment, I definitely won't be doing that any longer and will not recommend them neither to my friends nor acquaintances. I hope senior management will read this review and will do something about company's HR practices and people. There are too many negative reviews about the company in general, so those who can change something, should do that asap because things may deteriorate very quickly. Good luck!
