Wenig bis dürftig. Alles wird im letzten Moment und unklar kommuniziert.
Gut, man kann sich mehrheitlich die Aufgaben selber einteilen. Allerdings auch viel unnötiger Stress durch Fehlplanung und Infos, die immer in letzter Minuten kommen.
Überfordertes und passives Management, das wichtige Entscheidungen nicht trifft oder viel zu spät kommuniziert.
Spannende und schöne Produkte. Aufgaben sind vielfältig. Manchmal jedoch unnötig kompliziert.
