Working atmosphereFormer Employee

I think Liip could work a bit more on showing appreciation where it's due. But in general I think it is a good working atmosphere where I could feel trusted and fairly treated.

Work-Life BalanceFormer Employee

There is extra parental benefits and Liip shows that they care about families. They support people having a family. There has been pressure to work long hours from time to time, but this is more from individual roles and does not reflect the company that in overall cares.

Liip also has absolutely no problem with people working part time, 80% is extremely common and may even be standard? This fosters a really good work environment.

CollegialityFormer Employee

Overall, people at Liip has been lovely to work with and we have had a good collaboration and communication. There has been times where teams have been thrown together and suffered a bit from having to quickly find ways to communicate, but this has been rare in my time there and is an exception rather than a rule.

Leadership behaviorFormer Employee

It is difficult to balance Leadership behaviour in a company with holacracy where in theory the employees have a say about everything, but in practise we are often surprised by decisions we did not know about in advance.

In general: I do believe leadership always act with the best interest of the company in mind, but they do need to show some more empathy at times.

CommunicationFormer Employee

Internal communication has on times had things to wish for. There has been confusion and sometimes a bit of a mess in the past, leading to unnecessary worries and rumours.

BUT what is really positive is that it is always cleared up in the end, therefore despite the worries sometimes, I still give Liip a 4 star rating here.
