Schlechte Löhne. Getränke werden pauschal mit CHF 600.- in Rechnung gestellt. Einen Rechnungsbeleg erhält man nicht!

Das sie pünktlich entlöhnen und ich schätze sehr das die Löhne nicht gekürzt wurden bei Corona/kurzarbeit.
What I dislike about the employer
wirden oben gennant.
Suggestions for improvement
bessere Kommunikation und Wertschätzung, indem Lernenden auch so behandelt werden oftmals wird viel zu viel verlangt, kaum Zeit um Tagesziele zu erledigen obwohl es verlangt wird. Mehr Personal zu wenig Zeit für die Kl. und Bew. diese Punkte sollten reflektiert werden und sich mehr für die Pflege einsetzen.

Die freundliche Chefetage, oft ein offenes Ohr, Mitarbeiter werden gefördert in Aus und Weiterbildungen
What I dislike about the employer
Nur 4 Wochen Ferien, die 5. wird durch Mehrarbeit vergütet. Gehalt ist ein bisschen zu wenig.
Suggestions for improvement
Schnellere Lösungsfindungen. Mehr Personal, was schwierig ist bei vielem Wechsel. Es müsste mehr Sanktionen geben, wenn MA sich immer wieder falsch verhalten
