Salary basically OK, but on the lower side for swiss standards.
The company is working on one very ambitious projects which brings some changes currently. (People changing departements, some outsourcing to Lufthansa Systems Poland). Most probably the amout of staff will reduce in Zurich, but this will mostly be covered by retirements and fluctuation. No dismissals expected, but still some uncertainty about the future.
