Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
One of the things I appreciate most about working at Lido is the excellent work life balance. The company promotes a healthy balance between professional and personal life.
Kommunikation
The employee experience is very positive, with management and team leads doing an excellent job of communicating openly and transparently
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary is slightly below the industry average, but it is still competitive overall. One of the biggest highlights is the benefits package, especially the excellent flight benefits through the Lufthansa Group, which add significant value and are a great perk for anyone interested in travel.
