the products are great and in that aspect the company's image is good, but with the constant change of employees people start to see what's really going on behind the scenes.

Hardly any, if someone says they can't do something outside of working hours they're no longer a good worker. the best thing for this company is to be available 24/7!!

the financial aspect is horrible, they pay very little and the social benefits are almost non-existent

with certain work colleagues yes, it's the only way there's any teamwork.

it doesn't matter if you've been working for a long time or a short time!
when you start working you're great, after a while you can become the worst worker.

simply awful, people are treated like dirt, I've never seen so many people being so humiliated as in this company.

Boutiques, Office and Atelier are beautiful. when something is faulty or broken it takes a long time to repair or replace it!

there is never clear communication: what some people know, others are not told as they should be.
What is supposed to be private, everyone knows about.
Gleichberechtigung
you can see who the favourites are, so much so that some get christmasbonus others don’t.
Interessante Aufgaben
yes, there are lots of interesting tasks, it's just a shame that you often can't finish your task because you're constantly being criticised.
