The lack of (transparent) communication and generally the way employees are treated; lack of leadership, no discernible entrepreneurship, decisions that are difficult to understand.

Same rules for all, rethink management, reflect on why so many leave, don't always look for fault with others.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
lack of and poor leadership lead to turnover as high as I have ever experienced before. As a result, the atmosphere is more than modest.

Agreements are not adhered to, what was discussed yesterday is often no longer valid today; open communication is preached but not practiced by management, quite the opposite; information to which the team would be entitled is tactically withheld,

hardly any men, so equal rights for women and men are not a problem; however, there are clear favorites in the team for whom different rules apply than for the rest
