Factors such as a motivated, supportive team and an interesting and dynamic working environment reflect important elements of our corporate and working culture.

With regard to your suggestions for improvement, we are happy to inform you that we are bringing in more expertise on the subject of compensation & benefits and are working on this globally. Work-life balance is an important aspect for all of us and we therefore also ask about it in our employee pulse surveys. Here, dialog within the team and with line managers is important in order to find solutions in good time. We also offer various courses and webinars as part of our wellbeing program. The program is available on our HR Sharepoint and we look forward to active participation.
