Dear colleague,
thanks a lot for your review and your feedback. We are a young and growing company and are always interested to understand the needs of our colleagues and how to best improve.
We agree with you, that our internal communication is not yet where it should be. While we all try to be as direct and transparent as possible, we did not really have the tools or the processes to do so in a professional manner. We are addressing this now, by setting up some "proper" processes and also by assigning a person from my team to specifically work on internal communication. Amongst others, we will soon launch a Newsletter-type-structure where we make sure you get all relevant information on time. Also, we will renew our pulse surveys to make sure we give you an opportunity to regularly share your thoughts with us.
