The employees have a very good atmosphere. But there is a big lack of appreciation from the top.

the company could pay mire attention to how they live and do buisness. a lot of the (big!) components come from asia. Also lots of travels, also by plane.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
there is the chance, but i feel people are often promoted a bit prematurely and then they are pushed down later again

Often quite bad, a lot of information becomes public through chatter between the employees before it is communicated. A lot is missing.
