Top company, but dominated by greed

The management is subject oriented. Some of the managers even have private/ hiden agenda, which are often in contradiction to company values & philosophy. In addition despite of generous compensation the people seriously believes that it could be improved (it seems they are living in a dream world). As consequence the pressure is high, selfish actions and even mobbing are not that rare. In fact I had not the impression that honesty and modesty are strengths in this company.

The suggestions ae easy to realize: honest and open communication. Leadership should be understood as rolemodel, not as opportunity to maximize power and income. An objective approach could help to avoid mobbing, preferred treatment of individuals and target reaching. Finally: missing employees trust & confidence cannot be replaced by high compensation. Hence, dear manager: just memorize the Novo Nordisk Way and do something for that. Any other actions are shameful.
