Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Not a fair environment at all. Company is not successful to create safe zones to speak up. you are expected to fit a form if you want to stay there. Unfortunately personal relationships/friendships are more important than your capabilities, knowledge and experience. Be prepared to be overwhelmed all the time.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

I think they need to be realistic about their early employees. There are many people in the leadership roles that is clearly outgrown by their teams. And the managers are not in a level to keep up with the team and that is wasting a lot of potential and resources for the company. Met with so many awesome and bright people over there whose assigned to weird tasks due to the manager decisions and they feel undervalued, not motivated, borderline burn-out all the time. I believe with the resources On has, the company can become way successful if they can find the right people to lead the right teams.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

So many managers only care about themselves. So if you are expecting a fair environment, you won't get it. If you are good at office politics, and if you are an early On joiner, even though you are incompetent in your job, you will be valued. If not, though luck.

Kommunikation

Because the managers always trying to protect themselves only, they don't give you enough information about the full picture. Therefore, hard to be successful because you are flying blind most of the time and hoping things will be okay.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

might be lucky with your own team but not with external teams. Managers are not looking teamwork as a key to success. they will try to enforce teamwork if it only fits their agenda. Situations like my team vs. other team competition destroy the team work and managers are just watching you to suffer in that environment.

Work-Life-Balance

Well technically on paper you can take leaves as much as you need....but the conditions that you are working doesn't let that. Be prepared to justify your leave days.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Absolutely horrible. very avoidant leadership. if you try to talk about problems to resolve, even if you provide solutions, because it is out of their comfort zone, they will brand you as the problem maker. They keep talking about culture but it is actually whether you are a person that your boss thinks that you are similar to him. If you are not, you don't have any leadership you can go for help. Because the managers of manager are doing ok because they just holding each other's back and don't care about the employees.

Interessante Aufgaben

For my department, they are definitely lacking expertise and knowledge and because of the bad decisions made by your manager, you don't get the chance work on cool tasks.

Gleichberechtigung

Everyone is in the company knows there is a specific profile that can get promoted etc... If you don't fit in that profile, you will never be considered for anything.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

the likelihood that you will be underpaid is high. Make your research well, do not sign a contract even if they promise that you can negotiate your salary later.

even if you express strongly your career goals, if it doesn't fit your manager's agenda, it won't happen.
