Close the company for once and for all, to keep taking bad decisions and blaming always the workers is not fair

You will be only valued if you are friends with the people taking the decisions and lick the ass of the investors. If you are not a manager you will be the one and only doing the job, your job and their job
Kommunikation
Now we think A and tomorrow we will do B, the decision is shared late and on a Sunday
Kollegenzusammenhalt
If you are not part of the select club you will be fired or bullied till you leave. You will be ignored, mocked... German is not required to work here but you will be bullied if you don't speak it - even if you understand it. The managers will talk bad about you in your face. Absolutely no respect

Not expected that you have a life out of the company

As mentioned, no strategy, the investors push out everyone not having the same unrealistic vision as them. Company is bankrupt and will be closed very soon
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are great, you can learn a lot but as said before, no strategy so you will need to do the same thing different times, and running because the person taking the decisions won't do it on time and then you will be blamed because the project is not on time.

Everyone leaving the company or fired becomes a sort of black sheep, being criticised and blamed for everything

Homeoffice is not desired. Requested to go back to the office in the middle of the pandemic. Requested to work even if you are sick

Salary is good but paid late, your 2nd pillar will be only paid up to the minimum quantity per law, not covering your full salary. No other benefits
