while the company positions itself as health- and patient-centered, its also evidently shaped by business priorities which is understandable, considering it's a profit-oriented organization led by former Big 3 employees.

at least within my team, the collaboration and support among colleagues is strong.

the team lead is truly dedicated and puts in a lot of effort. however, they operate under the direction of higher-level management and therefore don’t have full autonomy in decision-making.
