Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Stable business (now family business after the Brückner group adquire it), Good people in general, modern place to work, open minded in general… in a place where innovative people work, it’s always interesting to be and this is definitely one of them.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Takes ages sometimes to get something it actually would be easier with less opinions. In my case, the politics at the Holding was something crucial that definitely should change (but it never will)
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Better communication in general would be a positive thing to work on. Also a bit less micromanaging, there’s sometimes too much opinions made from non experts. That is the biggest challenge.

Interessante Aufgaben
Not for someone coming from another Marketing level and other industries. The relevance of my job it’s minimal on this industry and the recognition not enough for passionate and creative people doing my job. But I did it with passion and love for the company and the profession.
