I can only speak for my department, where there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to communication and managing expectations. But I also got to work with some wonderful people who helped me grow in the company and in my career.

This of course depends on who one works under. In general, the team leads and management is very supportive and encouraging to contribute to the team. I met with different kinds of management style in the organisation which was interesting.
The work is routine for the most part, but I learned many different things here. Being a small company, one gets the opportunity to get involved and work among different teams and departments and to get a holistic understanding of various processes.
