You give a chance to more people than average companies and you reward well the people who are consistent and trustworthy. It is nice to work with a regular trained team throughout the year. Improves the overall quality of our prestation and makes the working atmosphere one that is really enjoyable. This in turn makes us want to keep doing a nice job for the company so we are in a virtuous circle:)

You could make staffcloud even clearer and add the briefing to it, it would mean all the working conditions (hours, salary, fees, briefing and reporting document) can be regrouped, which is wery convenient.

If you prove you are trustworthy they treat you really well and give you first pick on shifts:)
Work-Life-Balance
Long shifts, but we often work in good teams that make it work, and long breaks between 2 jobs. Nice to choose when we take our break (so long as we don't take it at the same time as co workers) sometimes means I can squeeze in a 45 gym session if it is a close location :)

Mostly yes, as I said in communication, some micro issues in briefing or what to if certain situations arrive but always there to help during the job.
Arbeitsbedingungen
When working in harsh conditions such as winter events outside they try to give us tea and umbrellas and such things to make our life easier

Sometimes could be more clear, but are always there to answer on WhatsApp if sth was not clear of if new things come up on site
Gehalt/Benefits
Training time not paid and on the lower end salary and transport compensation wise compared to other companies but nothing dramatic, and more interesting work than most companies make up for that:)
