Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I like the ambitious and dynamic environment, where high standards push you to grow professionally. While the work can be demanding at times, the support from colleagues and the flexibility in how you work make it a rewarding experience. You truly feel that your contribution matters. In addition, management is approachable and feedback is encouraged, which creates a trusting and respectful work environment.

Hey, thanks for the great 4.7-star rating! I’m so happy to hear that you’re enjoying the "ownership" and the dynamic vibe in our Tech department.

It’s important to us that everyone, including our freelancers, feels the impact of their contribution and gets the support they need to grow. Great to have you in the team, pushing the standards with us!

I wish you a successful 2026 and look forward to more projects together.

Best regards
Melise
