First and foremost, I want to clarify that while we value transparency, not every detail of our operations can be shared with the whole company. However, we assure you that we are committed to open communication within our organization, and we provide various options for employees to voice their concerns and inputs, including direct access to our CEO.

Regarding turnover, it's important to note that as a dynamic startup, we often experience changes in personnel as we evolve and adapt to market demands. We understand that not everyone may align with our changing direction during different phases, and we appreciate the contributions of all team members, past and present.

I also want to emphasize that our management team does not assert that everything is flawless. We recognize our areas for improvement and actively work to address them. I can only invite to have a direct and open conversation with us internally, rather than anonomously "vomitting" in public.
