The office is in a good location: near the train station, a subsidized sports club, the lake. Office is modern, light and spacious, has meeting rooms with fun themes, shower in the office for lunchtime sports. Employer offers soft drinks, fruits and tea/coffee, massage discount, bikes and a Vespa scooter for leisure time. The company has a flat hierarchy (CEO sits in the same space as everyone else) and no power distance: first name terms with everyone.
