A great employer

RMIT has many employee benefits and is open for new ideas. The managers always try to listen to the workers' wishes and have always been very respectful. HR was always available and had an open ear which was not the case in every company I worked in.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Have frequent appraisal so that the employees know where they stand. This way, everyone knows if the performance is good or if something needs to be improved.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There was a lot of gossip and complaining among the employees. But this is not the fault of the company.
Work-Life-Balance
The overtime could not be compensated as well as expected but I was always able to attend doctor's appointments.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary was quite ok but I know people in the same field who get much more. I found it very good that the pension contributions were completely taken over.
