Depends on the team. Good people quit due to incompetent and fear-based upper management who resort to manipulations and gaslighting as they feel threatened by employees who know how to do their job.

Most of the employees are over 40. There are not so many young people around.

Extremely old-fashioned equipment; the office is grey, you cannot open the windows, no ventilation. After the working day, one feels exhausted.

Used to be better but has recently worsened.

Alpha male atmosphere in its worst sense.

The same projects, the same processes. Little space for creativity and innovation.
