No strategy and poor management
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Overall, the work atmosphere is good. However, there’s also a lot of backbiting.
Image
Many unhappy employees.
Work-Life-Balance
Trust-based working hours. A lot of overtime that can't be compensated. Too many projects are taken on, and there aren't enough resources to handle them. The lower class ends up having to pick up the slack. Working from home is an option.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Promotion opportunities are limited, as certain people have been with the company for too long. Further training is possible under certain conditions.
Gehalt/Benefits
You have to fight for every penny. When you start out, your pay is kept as low as possible. Bonuses often aren't paid out. The employment contract is heavily weighted in favor of the employer.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There is a strong team spirit among the employees who do not hold management positions.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I have witnessed on several occasions how long-serving employees were fired out of the blue.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Many underqualified and unprofessional managers who have simply been around for a long time. Constant changes in strategy but no long-term vision. Finances out of control. A hire-and-fire policy.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is nice and the facilities are modern (curved screens, stylish furniture, cool meeting rooms)
Kommunikation
Communication from senior management is very poor. Projects often run in a chaotic manner and there is a lack of clear procedures. In general, the projects are extremely inefficient.
Interessante Aufgaben
The workload varies greatly depending on the team. However, there are interesting tasks to be done within the company.
