Nice words but unfortunately only verbiage without any meaning for the management and HR. HR and management shows no respect toward team members. Let me tell you the story about one team member who get FIRED after he announced to HR that he was suffering an occupational burnout with suicidal tendency. No help, no support have been offered. HR didn't point him out to an existing Terex Assistance Program. Terex's management and HR answer was to increase the pressure on him even he was on sick leave. He then get fired after the legal period. Terex did the same with pregnant team member.
Very bad due to hire and fire culture
Everyone for himself ! Mostly depending on the team but no overall team feeling.
There are good task unfortunately no resource to get the job done in a good and reliable quality.

Not existing offer nor willingness to. Terex does not invest any money in professional development. Proposal and systematically refused.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
You know what you get when you sign your contract... but benefits only for higher management. Lower salary compared to comparable comparable in Switzerland.
WLB can work for certain team members due to the possibility to working Home-Office. Some team members don't even show up at work !!
Terex does not care about his image especially in Switzerland. Being in Switzerland they take the most benefits they can... tax, employment regulation, economic promotion and then devil may care !
