Things are moving fast, you get a lot of responsibility from day one and you never know what is going to happen next week. The learning curve is steep and the company is constantly growing. It is like working in a big corporate start-op.
In Basel you get cheap healthy food in the office restaurant which makes the office much more enjoyable and social. Fun events happening also 2-5 times a year.
