Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Good pay for sometimes little work. Good vacation entitlements for employees. Personal appointments can be communicated very quickly.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Only work remotely. Personal development not taken seriously. Supervisors have too few soft skills and are not really interested in the needs of employees.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
They should take better care of their employees when it comes to personal development. Because this can noticeably improve the quality of the products and increase the satisfaction of everyone involved.

If you only like remote and anonymous working, you will probably feel at home.
