It's great to know that you feel satisfied with your work-life balance and find your tasks interesting with good autonomy in achieving your goals. We can also understand thatyou truly appreciate your new office building in Bioggio as we do as well!

We've taken note of your feedback regarding the home office percentage for border crossers and understand this is an area where you'd like to see more flexibility. However, there are some limitations which are out of our controll and to which we have to adhere to.

We also hear your suggestion about working to share the same culture across different departments and locations - that's valuable insight for us and we already try hard to get one common understanding and equal culture across locations and teams but this needs time and commitment from everybody since its all of you shaping our culture.
