Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

It’s difficult to find something.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The worktime controlling. Log in, log out, worktime reports, and also, location tracking. So god forbid you log in a minute before entering the front door.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Invest in good HR. First i saw an HR that was overwhelmed with their workload (rightfully so if you have only one HR for a company with a lot of employees). But that resulted in a lot of mistakes that impacted employees, and a generally unfriendly attitude of the person. Then came a completely incapable person that on top of that was gossiping a lot and was spilling out confidential information to certain employees. Then when they were left without HR for a few months, they made the front desk person into HR. Very professional…this is a joke, considering a group with so many companies.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Once you‘re fed up with what you see around, it‘s difficult to see a good environment around.

Kommunikation

I agree with the other review: the company is run through WhatsApp. Most of the decisions are anyway changed over and over again. Depending on the managers, some are not at all transparent about the decisions which ends up in employees stabbing each other.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

See above. Plus the general gossip and prying into people’s personal lives.

Work-Life-Balance

Depending on the department, you don’t have that much overtime. But also depending on the department, some are allowed work from home, some not. The same goes for certain people within the same department: some have home office, some not. The workload is also interesting to observe. Once someone leaves the company (which happens a lot), they first try to overload the remaining people and see if they can take it. If yes, they just spared another salary to pay. If not, they finally hire someone after months have passed with a vacant spot.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

A lot of incompetent people who don’t have the proper background for their positions. Not all are bad, but there’s a general mediocrity. Some think that being a manager means handing over their own tasks to the people they manage.

Interessante Aufgaben

Depending on the department, some tasks can be challenging, and interesting, especially with the general chaos around.

Gleichberechtigung

See above. It’s each for their own. Promotions are based on who threatens better.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

See above. Even one of the HRs used to gossip a lot. Very professional.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office is in the city center, that’s nice. The conditions in the office are not so bad.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Benefits are always being cut from employees with some stupid explanations and excuses. Whenever they need more money, they first think to how to cut some benefit. Depending on the department, you get a salary raise once you threaten to resign.

They care about that a lot considering how they make an effort in artificially pumping their reviews, and also the amount of effort put on social media.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Sometimes people get promotions because the manager leaves, and it’s cheaper to promote one of the employees while paying them slightly more, but not as much as actually hiring a proper manager.
